Finding a balance
With all the obligations and stresses that life presents us with, it’s important to consider rituals and practices that promote well-being and balance in our lives. Yoga has become a popular form of exercise and an outlet for many people. There are various types of yoga that range in focus and philosophy- from Bikram, Hatha, and Vinyasa. My friend Angela Beaver recently became a certified yoga instructor in Atlanta, specializing in Hatha yoga. This particular type of yoga focuses on posture, breathing, and meditation.
