Turkey, Avocado, and Chili Crisp Mayo Sandwich

This sandwich was a fridge clean out meal that I threw together in order to use up the last bit of deli meat before it went bad. Still, it came together so perfectly that I feel compelled to share. It couldn’t be easier and because you’re coating both sides of the bread with a different creamy condiment, you don’t have to worry about things sliding all over the place. It’s mild but umami-filled and perfect for a weekday lunch.

Toast up some sourdough. On one side, spread cream cheese; on the other, spread mayo mixed with chili crisp. Inside, put turkey and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
