La Sandwicherie

With three brick and mortar locations, La Sandwicherie has evolved from a food truck stop perfect for grabbing sandwiches to eat in the park to a full French destination. It still works exceptionally well as a to-go deal, but with a few seats you can also chill with a delightfully well-made sandwich if you don’t have any place to carry it to.

I went with Le Pâté Rustic, duck pâté with cournichons, arugula, mayo, and grainy mustard, all on a toothsome baguette. It was fresh, filling, and authentic. This. This reminded me of the sandwiches I would get between classes when I lived in France (way too long ago).

And don’t forget to grab some of the imported pantry items on your way out – there are only so many places you can find these goodies in the states.
