Tiktok…instagram…I’m not sure. The point is I saw someone making something similar to this recipe on social media and I half paid attention before deciding to make it myself pretty much the next day. It’s all the flavors of a chicken Caesar salad with not a leaf of lettuce in sight.

Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish, top each piece with slices of provolone (making sure the chicken is fully covered because you’re going to want that cheese pull later), pour your favorite Caesar dressing over the top, and then sprinkle on a grated Parmesan and crushed crouton topping. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes (depending on how thick your chicken is).

The cheesy sauce this creates is perfect when served alongside something nice and green (I went with broccoli, spinach would work too). I grew up eating a lot of creamy chicken that was made using a can of cream of mushroom soup. Honestly, I still love those recipes, but this gives you that creaminess but with a different, peppery flavor that I was very into. And it’s not an ounce more difficult.
