Buffalo Chicken Meatball Wrap

After finding some prepared, microwaveable buffalo-style meatballs at Trader Joe’s, I decided a new take on the buff chick wrap was in order. Note: these meatballs are party size and would be great on toothpicks with a sauce at your next get together.

To assemble, spread some mayo and buffalo sauce on a tortilla. Next, pile on a bunch of fresh spinach, followed by the Buffalo style meatballs (prepared according to package directions and halved/chopped up). Sprinkle on some blue cheese crumbles, roll it up, and grill with some butter in a pan. Serve with a side of ranch.

This was so satisfying but felt totally different from a typical buff chick wrap. It was crunchy but not aggressively so and came off like something in a totally different realm than a chicken Caesar wrap. That style wrap is great, but it’s nice to have a different vibe. This ended up giving me more meatball sub feelings, which made me think it would be great on a pretzel bun…
