“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”
Sweet: In an attempt to introduce Albert to Chanukah, I decided to get him 8 gifts. I am proud I was actually able to think of 8 things to buy – it’s harder than you’d think! And I also already got his birthday present so I am way ahead of the game.
Sour: I got a little too drunk at one of the many holiday parties I’ve been to this season. Thankfully, I didn’t embarrass myself, but I did not enjoy being really hungover.
