“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”
Sweet: I was able to complete almost every item on my Labor Day checklist. The only one I didn’t get to check off was a trip to Arthur Ave. since most places were closed the day we wanted to go. No worries – I’ve already got another trip there planned.
Sour: One of the people we were out with over the weekend was a bit overserved…it was kind of a downer for the day/evening.
