Y’all, I totally think I figured out this whole kale thing. I made some the other night just by throwing some things in a pan and it totally worked. I have officially mastered kale.
Simply sauté chopped kale in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and salt. That’s pretty much what everyone does blah blah blah. But as it was wilting down, I added two ingredients: lemon zest and paprika. Then I just kept it sautéing til it was really cooked down (that stuff is tough in texture, man). And that’s it. Perfect kale. I didn’t think I would like kale so much without something like bacon mixed in, but this was great.
