“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”
Sweet: We finally mounted our new tv (only about four months after getting it!) and I love having more space on our side table again.
Sour: We finally ordered a new dishwasher (ours had broken) and it was supposed to be delivered today. Unfortunately, I just learned it won’t be here for another two weeks, which is most certainly NOT in time for the seder we’re hosting tomorrow. I do NOT want to wash plates, glasses, and silverware for eight people by hand. I guess it’s gonna be a paper plate seder.
