I recently checked out a K-town spot with coworkers and may now have to add Miss Korea to my Korean rotation. I can’t tell you exactly what we ate because, frankly, we just kept having them bring out food. I know there was banchan, like always, there was a seafood pancake, there was pork belly and short rib, and there was squid. Everything was delicious.
While we ordered sake and soju, we also tried Makgeolli, another alcoholic drink made from fermented rice. While the milky color was a little odd, it tasted kind of like a slightly less sweet version of Sprite.
The fact that it’s three stories tall means it won’t be as tough for you to get a spot. Also good: it’s open 24 hours so you can satisfy your Korean cravings anytime, day or night.
