Sweet: I took a mid-week 305 class that put me in a great mood. Also, I re-heeled two pairs of booties that were in bad shape. I’m so happy to have them back in my wardrobe.
Sour: I was so so sleepy in the mornings for some reason. It made it very hard to get myself out of bed for workouts…so I didn’t. For someone who really wants to shed some holiday weight, that’s not good.
