Another recipe from Half Baked Harvest’s Super Simple cookbook. This one is, indeed, extremely simple.
Start by melting butter in a saucepan with fresh cracked pepper. Add a bag of shredded brussels sprouts, a large handful of parmesan, and toss to coat. Toss in some pine nuts (the recipe calls for walnuts but I had pine nuts handy and prefer them anyway) and call it a day.
If anyone at your dinner table claims they don’t eat brussels sprouts, this will have them singing a different tune.
