Everything Bagel Radishes

My mom saw this idea somewhere so she gets all the credit. It’s basically just gussied up radishes. When I lived in France, I learned (literally on my first day) that the preferred way to eat radishes over there is with butter. You simply have a little dish of butter on the table (like we’d have hummus here), and you dip the radishes into it, then you roll the buttered bit in some salt that you’ve poured into a little pile on your plate. So good. This, as pictured in the top right corner of this cheese board, is a similar way to serve. Trim your radishes, smear one end with butter, then roll in everything bagel seasoning. That’s it. It’s a great snack or a beautiful addition to a meat and cheese platter.
