Labor Day Weekend has arrived, much too early, if you ask me. We’ve got a Zipcar on deck so we plan to see family in CT for an afternoon and spend another day of the long weekend on some sort of adventure. TBD what that adventure is, but I’m hoping it ends with us picking up a super fun supper from somewhere unexpected in the city.
I can’t remember the last time I got a popsicle in the park! It was so refreshing and made me feel like a kid again. I’m pushing for a repeat this weekend.
I had a doctor’s appointment (peep evidence of bloodwork in the crook of my elbow), which meant I got all dressed up this week. I was really feelin my outfit so I made my beau take a photo. I’ve been dressing for work almost every day lately, but since I don’t leave my house, I’m in real clothes but barefoot. Putting on real shoes just hits different.
I love the Central Park Conservatory Garden and really feeling the current wildflower vibes and fall colors they’ve got going on.
