Just one more week til my parents are here! But ok ok that’s still a week away so let’s just focus on the here and now. This week has been lovely and warm. Spring is here, people!
I like the dough part of a doughnut, but I don’t love icing so this new cinnamon flavor was right up my alley.
Cinco de Mayo fell on a Wednesday this year so it wasn’t going to be a margarita fueled evening for me. I did, however, want to take the opportunity to patronize a Mexican-owned business in the neighborhood so we ordered a feast.
These flowers, gifted to us by my Mother in Law on Easter, are still holding strong a full month later and really brightening up my desk area.
