Any time you want a low effort meal, it’s time to pull out the slow cooker. This time, in addition to using the low and slow method, you’ll be getting some tenderizing help from Greek yogurt. The result is an easy, protein-filled supper.

Make a marinade of plain Greek yogurt + garlic + salt pepper + dill + oregano. Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in a slow cooker with 1/3 of marinade while it cooks for 3-4 hours on high. Add another 1/3 of the marinade in the last 5 min, and, finally, use 1/3 as a sauce when serving. I also squeezed some lemon over it just before serving and added some slices to the plate. I think it works really well when served with rice that’s mixed with butter, salt pepper, and plentyyy of grated parm. It gets nice and creamy.
