Lime and mole are the two things I really took away from my Camion (@camionnyc) food truck experience. When it comes to burritos, those are good takeaways. Anybody can make a burrito like Chipotle, but getting rice infused with cilantro and lime and a deep sriracha mole sauce is better. There could have maaaaybe been a bit more cheese, but there was enough flavor in my chipotle lime chicken burrito that it’s not something I missed too much.
My burrito was perfectly sized (very filling but not some unmanageable brick) and for $8, nicely priced for an NYC lunch.
