“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”

Sweet: I’ve been getting in lots of good workouts this week and still managed to cook yummy meals every night. I’ve been a little stressed lately so that’s helping keep me together.
Sour: I bailed on my plans for this evening. Though I was going to join friends for [my fave] French Dip Friday, I decided I needed a break from people. I intend to go home, enjoy my #pokéfriday, and catch up on the millions of shows I have saved. Though, truth be told, that actually sounds like a wonderful evening, I’m a little bummed at myself that I’m not rallying to see friends and mostly that I’m missing out on my absolute favorite French dip sandwich.
