One of the easiest ways to mix up your Taco Tuesday is to switch out your condiments. For these tacos, I focused on two new ingredients: black bean dip and ranch dressing. The ranch acts as a cooling agent to counteract any of the spicier ingredients you’ve used and also…it’s ranch dressing, which goes on pretty much everything.

Assemble your tacos using the following:
- Tortillas – corn, wheat, or flour…it don’t matter
- Black Bean Dip – Yes, from the can/jar. Trader Joe’s makes a great one that has a little kick.
- Chicken – saute in a pan with olive oil and taco seasoning
- Pico de Gallo – if you can’t find any, use a chunky red salsa
- Lettuce
- Shredded Cheese
- Ranch Dressing

It’s important to spread the black bean dip on the tortilla first so it works as a binding agent. With that as a base, pile on the remaining toppings, finishing it all off with the ranch.
