Baked Brie with Rosemary and Honey

This recipe is so simple. I’m embarrassed to detail it out, but it was just so good. What can I say, simple is usually best.

I might upset some people here, but screw the “en croute” version when it comes to baked brie. I don’t need any pastry getting in the way of my cheesy goodness.

Put a wheel of brie in a baking dish. I have a decorative brie baking dish made for this purpose, but any dish works. Just plop it in. When I say this recipe is simple, I’m not kidding. You don’t have to discard any of the rind. You honestly don’t even need to get your hands dirty. Drizzle honey all over the top. Finally put 4 or 5 sprigs of rosemary on the top. Bake in a 350 oven for just over 10 minutes (just til you see it start oozing out).

You obviously don’t eat the rosemary, but it still lends tons of flavor to this brie the scent somehow seeps into the cheese. It’s super aromatic. If also makes it look very holiday and festive. So lovely for a party. And the taste? Yea, it’s bomb. And took zero effort.
