Sweet: I am killing the water game this week. I’ve hit my goal every single day so far.
Sour: A dear family member passed away this week. I know it seems odd to post it here, a space on the blog typically devoted to quick bites of content, but I know it is how my Aunt would have preferred it. She was ready for everyone (herself included) to start the next chapter. I’m trying to celebrate, not wallow, but I couldn’t not say something because it was definitely the sour of my week.
