The Jewish high holiday of Yom Kippur begins today at sundown. The holiday is all about repentance and I’m taking it seriously. I have a Mirepoix post already scheduled for tomorrow, but I’ll otherwise be checked out. While I’m unable to fast for the first time in 24 years, I’ll still be streaming services tonight/tomorrow and taking the time to reflect on my sins of the past year and how I can be better in the year to come.
