“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”
Sweet: My Mom told me that my nephew (and godson) Brooks, was pointing to my picture and saying my name, clear as day, this week. That just makes me so so happy.
Sour: Work has been eerie with all the changes this week. I’m definitely looking forward to when the dust has settled. Another sour moment is that Albert and I are heading to Connecticut this evening to attend a funeral tomorrow morning. That’s never fun nor uplifting.
