“Sweet & Sour” is my version of that dinner table game where every guest says what the best and worst parts of the day were. As we head into the weekend, I think it’s important to get the bad stuff off your chest and remember the positives as a silver lining and energizing factor. When the weekend hits, I like to release the “sour” and embrace the “sweet.”
Sweet: Because of the New Years holiday, this was a short week at work! That said, it felt particularly long, but on the bright side it looks like we’ve got plans to hang out with good friends this week so things are lookin up! Also, I went to the gym more than once this week. That’s the first time that’s happened in almost a month. Back at it!
Sour: It’s supposed to get very cold this weekend…that said, I’m probably due for a more indoor weekend after weeks and weeks of being busy.
