Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone is having a great 4th!  While we usually host a rooftop party where we eat fried chicken, pimento cheese sandwiches, and cake pops before watching the fireworks over the East River, we are currently on our honeymoon in Italy.  Today, we’ve traded red solo cups and chants of ‘Merica for aprons as we butcher an animal in the Chianti region of Tuscany.  It’s certainly an atypical 4th for the Neudecks!
