Sweet: After putting my book down for a bit while I figured out my commute/work schedule, I started reading again. I also managed to get in 3 workouts this week with a fourth scheduled over the weekend. This will be the first time in 4 or 5 months that I’ll have worked out 4 times in one week, which hopefully means I’m on the path to lose the extra pounds I’ve put on.
Sour: I realized this week that I’ve been so busy I’ve barely talked to my parents since I started my new job. I’m used to talking to them constantly so it’s throwing me off-balance. That sort of upending of my routine has made me a little salty, and I don’t like being salty.
