Sweet: My Wednesday after-work event was cancelled so I decided to hit up a 305 class. I usually only go to boutique fitness classes on weekends, but this was a great way to spice up the week. And it happened to be a great, high energy class so it really put the pep in my step.
Sour: I really wanted to commit myself to being healthy….and then I pretty much ate an entire pizza last night because Albert ordered it and fell asleep before it arrived, leaving it just sitting there all cheesy and lonely. I’m just a little disappointed with myself. BUT I did get a discount on my fave workout clothes so I ordered that first thing this morning. I think that’s just the motivation I need to get back on track.
